Nutrition Therapy Services

Complimentary call

15 min | FREE | TELEHEALTH ONLY

This free video consultation gives us a chance to connect and see if we’re a good fit. I’ll walk you through the process, explain what to expect in our sessions, and review insurance details (if you’ve submitted your information in advance).

Initial Session

75 min | $200

We’ll work through a comprehensive nutrition assessment to get a clear understanding of your relationship with food, nutrition habits, lifestyle factors, and overall health. This helps shape your care plan moving forward.

The initial assessment is just the first step—we’re laying the groundwork. We won’t solve everything in one session.

Follow-up SESSIONS

45-55 min | $120

In follow-up sessions, we’ll work together to explore practical, personalized strategies that support your version of health—both short-term and long-term.

Nutrition therapy is a gradual, evolving process. As your needs change, we’ll revisit and refine your goals to ensure you stay on a path that feels right for you. Session frequency varies depending on factors like nutrition status, comfort level, goals, and financial considerations.

Most new clients begin with biweekly sessions, then move to monthly check-ins as progress is made. On average, I recommend a commitment of 6 months to 2 years for meaningful, sustainable results—but we’ll tailor the timeline to what works best for you.

Medgem RMR testing

30 min | $35 (for DS Nutrition patients only)

The MedGem is a handheld indirect calorimetry device designed to measure an individual's resting metabolic rate (RMR). I’ve found it especially helpful when tracking food or using standard calorie estimates doesn’t seem to match what’s actually going on with a person’s metabolism.

I believe in building strong, supportive partnerships. While a single session can provide insight, real change takes time, patience, and practice. That’s why I encourage a longer-term approach, where we work together over time to support your evolving needs.
